JP Kitchen Knife

A set of traditional Japanese kitchen knives, including deba (fish-butchering), yanagiba (sashimi slicer), usuba (vegetable), mukimono (garnish), takohiki (octopus slicer), kaisaki (shellfish), and gyuto (Japanese-style chef's knife).

The wooden handles and well-worn blade textures have been carefully recreated, right down to the hamon (blade pattern) and handle logos.

A great prop for scenes set in ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurants) or other Japanese dining spots -- hand one to a chef character, or line them up beside a cutting board.
